Best PM billing system

Billingbilling:
Have asked before, but wanted to post again since its been a while to get a poll of what people are using and recommend that are cost-effective options.

Kerry:
I have been using Medisoft Advanced for years.  It is an affordable practice management software.  Each year it comes out with a new release to improve the program.   Submitting EDI claims is not free.  I specialize in mental health billing.  It works very well.

We have been using Lytec for 25 years.  I've used others as well.  Lytec is not perfect, but for us it works great.  Very affordable, user friendly.

PMRNC:
I don't think there is that ONE magical best system. I am a billing company and I utilize the clients system as it keeps my costs down and allows the client full control and choice. There is also NO delay in setup, conversion which means no delay in payments which is another great plus. I've used about 12 different systems in past 25+ years..My 3 favorite are Kareo, AdvancedMD and and I also like CollaborateMD. Not a big fan of the standalone's anymore as they just seem basic. I like the cloud based as there is nothing really extra needed to access for a client and it even lowers my risk since PHI doesn't get stored on any of my computers. Just one less thing to worry about. The client loves having the control and transparency as well.
