J code for a Lipotropic B12....??

Hello --

Does anyone have any information about the J code to use (or codes) for a lipotropic B12 injection?  I have the J3420 for just the regular B12 injection, but we are trying to determine if there is an additional code to bill along w/the J3420 and the admin code or is there a separate J code just for the lipotropic B12?

Thanks in advance.....

Jenn

I don't see any other J code that would be appropriate.  The J3420 is the only one I see.
