Billing BCBS Florida using BCBS Alabama Number

Is it possible to bill BCBS Florida using BCBS Alabama Numbers.  I have bricks in mortar in Alabama but dispatch fitters to Florida.  How do I get by billing BCBS Florida using Alabama Numbers?  Is there a trick?

You need to bill the home state for BCBS.

For mental health we are always told to bill the local. For BCBS of Florida- we have a hard time collecting for the provider in Alabama. Typically it is because the majority of  plans from BCBS of FL that we run into are in state only plans. b.

You need to bill the state that the provider is credentialed with as the home plan, which sounds like it's Alabama.
