then can we bill to MCD or not?

office visit

Michele:
Code 95 identifies a patient with mental retardation or developmental disability diagnosis.  Code NH identifies a patient in a skilled nursing facility where the facility is paid a per diem rate to provide all of the care for the patient.  Was the patient brought into the office?

yes
