We are trying to set our EHR to bill 96130/96131 & 96112/96113. Do these services need to go out on the same claim number? Or can the 96130/31 be billed on a claim after the 96112/3 codes are billed out, if they were separate activities?

Our EHR does not allow the provider to choose the codes, it is all based on the total time of the services in the schedule and chooses the codes in the back ground. Do most folks use the first date the 96130/1 was worked on even if it is completed over multiple dates?
