NYS Updated Work Comp fee schedule 2018

Chiro Billing Collect:
Would anyone be so kind to share the updated E/M conversion factors and RVUs for a 99203 and 99213 in Region IV?

These are literally the only 2 codes that I use for one of my providers and am trying to avoid purchasing the entire fee schedule. I have already purchased the new fee schedules for my specialties.
