Obviously you are not in the U.S. I wonder if you are billing for a state that doesn't allow for offshoring outside the U.S. for Medicaid.

Not to mention we could not possibly give you a delay reason without knowing the reason for the delay.   ???

Just one more reason the U.S. needs to put a stop to patients PHI going overseas.
