Need alternate code for H0015 to bill BCBS

Hi All,

BCBS is not accepting CPT H0015 and H0035 codes. Anyone call help me with alternate codes

Are you billing on a CMS 1500 or a UB04?

Billing on CMS 1500...

Michele:
Unfortunately there are not cpt codes that match these HCPCs codes.  Is it possible that the provider is not credentialed with BCBS to be able to bill for these services?  Or is it possible that BCBS has them set up as a facility and requires them on UB04s?  We had a provider once that was set up as an OASIS facility and was required by certain insurance carriers (including BCBS) to bill on UB04s even though it was just an outpatient therapy clinic owned & operated by an LCSW.

We will bill on UB04 form and lets hope for the best...
