lipomas removal

I bill for a physician who recently removed 50 lipomas from the trunk and upper extremity. Each was 1 to 2 cms in size....how should this be coded?

Based on what you stated, I believe the correct way to code it would be using the 11402 cpt code with 50 in the units.
