icd-9 for "vaccine" only visit

Can anyone tell me what icd-9 to use when I am billing for a vaccine only visit?    I used v05.4 (NEED FOR OTHER PROPHYLACTIC VACCINATION AND INOCULATION AGAINST SINGLE DISEASES-VARICELLA) with cpt 90716.  Thank you.  (My ECS company is Relay Health; if that matters?)

I believe you are correct.  Cpt 90716  ICD-9 V05.4  I would also add an administration fee of 90465 or 90741 depending on the patient's age.
