Is anyone offering collection services to their clients? If so, what is the process like and what are going rates at the moment?

Michele:
We don't do collections but we work with a great agency and refer clients to them.  If they sign up we handle the accounts within the agency.

PMRNC:
I don't either. If you plan to do collections you'll most likely need a surety bond. It's also a lot harder to get merchant accts as collection agency.
