99397 and G0402

Anyone know why Medicare paid for G0402 and not 99397?  I thought they would pay for both since G0402 is not bundled into 99397.  I put a mod 25 on 99397.

Medicare uses HCPCS codes G0438 & G0439 for wellness exams.  They do not reimburse for cpt codes 99381-99397.
