Urgent Care Billing Tips/Guidelines

Hello!
I am expecting a call from an owner of Urgent Care. I don't have prior experience with billing for an Urgent Care. I will really appreciate if someone can give me any tips about this billing or questions that I can expect or ask so that I don't come across as someone new. Any information that will help me land this contract will be of utmost importance. I have been marketing for about a year but so far have been able to land only one client. Thank you so much!

Urgent care is really very much like primary care, except the patients don't make appointments.  It's the same codes except you use place of service 20 instead of 11.
