Physical Therapy 97530 denial

Are there any Physical Therapy billers on here?  I was wondering what you are doing with 97530 denials.  97530 billed with eval code have been denied even though bundling rule was rescinded.  I was wondering are you appealing them, or waiting for bulk adjustment.

Are they being denied?  Or Bundled?

I believe starting in July you had to add the 59 modifier to that code (It was supposed to start in January and then was delayed by CMS)
