LOCUS Psychiatric info

Hi Everyone,

In LOCUS Level 5 Medically Monitored Residential Services it states "Facilities serving the most acute populations will require .5 to 1.0 hours of psychiatric time per week" soes anyone know if that can be telehealth and what level of practitioner it would need to be? I believe that an APRN would be sufficient in California.

The laws vary from state to state so I'm not sure what level practitioner is required for your state.  With COVID19 many services that were not previously allowed as telehealth are not being allowed, so that would also vary based on the health plan.
