Are vaccines required to get a job in medical billing or coding
« on: October 15, 2021, 10:17:45 PM »
I'm thinking about starting school to certify, but will it be worth it if I'm not willing it get any more vaccines to get a job? Especially not the Covid19 one. Would working for myself make any difference? Sorry if this sounds naive but I seem to have bad reactions to them. I'm at step one in my decision-making process. Thank you for your input!

It really depends on what state you are planning on working in.  NY and CA are currently making it mandatory to be vaccinated to work in the medical field.  Working for yourself removes that mandate.  It's a tough time but you just have to consider what will work for you in the area you are in.
