HI,

I need help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee on modifiers on the following:
99203 25
20553 59
J1030
76942
Does this look right?   I am not sure about modifier on the 76942. These procedures are all done in one visit.

It would be impossible for anyone to tell you what modifiers are needed/warranted without having access to the patient chart.  However, I am not aware of a modifier being required for the 76942 so as long as the patient chart indicates what you have documented in your question, that should be accurate.

kristin:
I bill these same/similar codes a lot. Some insurances will want a 59 modifier on the 76942, it is payer specific.
