Proof of timely filing options

Chiro Billing Collect:
We currently send all of our no fault paper claims thru firm mailing (bulk certified mail). I am looking for other options to send them where I can get proof of timely filing in the event that we ever need it to have a claim processed but skip the trip to the post office. I was considering Stamps.com but it looks like they only offer individual certified mailing and not bulk. This would cost significantly more than the bulk version. Open to other suggestions that would be mode efficient and cost effective. This is for paper claims only. Thank you.

We use stamps.com but I don't believe they have a bulk option either.  Ridiculous that they won't accept anything other than proof from the PO.

Do you send multiple claims in one envelope? I am wondering if I should try the certified mailing option thru Stamps.com but only one envelope per insurance carrier. We are doing individual envelopes for each patient as of now.

Yes, we send multiple claims in the same envelope.  We have had to provide proof of mailing and it's never been an issue.

Chiro Billing Collect:
I am assuming that you are able to keep a record of the mailing on Stamps.com? I am looking into it now as an option. Thanks for your input.
