Hi All.

How to bill and NDC that is not on the most up to date HCPCS - NDC crosswalk, can i take this file as the source of truth. Because if the NDC has not associated HCPCS i can't bill for it.

I'm sorry but your question is a bit confusing.  Are you asking how to bill for an NDC that does not have a HCPCS assigned?
