Denial of claims based on ASP NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk

Hi All.

Is really the ASP NDC-HCPCS Crosswalk the source of truth for PART-B claim revision. My main doubt is about this file is updated quarterly, if a HPCS or NDC doesn't appear on the new file, can i deny a claim, or the insurance has free to continue working with its own CROSSWALK

Let clarify.

CMS publish every quarter, the ASP-NDC crosswalk. let say NDC aaaaa-bbbb-cc was under JXXXX in january, but in april when the new file is published by CMS this NDC doesn't appear in the file. Should i deny a claim signed with this NDC on loop2410. Can an insurer override this file and allow this code?
