CPT codes for laceration repair range from 12001-12007 depending on the location and size of the laceration.

Alice - type "coding for laceration repair" (without the quotes) into the Google search field at the link below. If you have access to Google, you can find many answers there. Sometimes it helps if you type "icd-10" + (search phrase) or "CPT + (search phrase).
