A suggestion to all those who have recently launched their medical billing business, or are thinking about it: Professional looking websites and domain names can be helpful in marketing your business, but they

JMHO - The best ways to attract new clients are: 1. Do excellent customer service work for your existing clients 2. Face to face contacts (door to door) 3. Direct mail. 4. Distributing your business cards to clinics. If you have a nice website and/or domain name, and are happy with it, that's great, but for those who don't - don't worry about it. A freebee website and Gmail account for email will be enough to get you started. If you're set up and ready to bill, then grab your business cards, get out there and market!
