Thank you all for responding. With no special billing and the NPP's part being documented, is this just a build up to meet complexity or is this part of the 30 minute visit? Just having questions with the 2021 changes (minutes vs complexity).

Michele:
I would say it would just add to the time.  Taking vitals doesn't really meet complexity.
