We received the path report today and as per Path report the diagnoses are (ANOGENITAL WARTS/ HPV      .   HIGH GRADE DYSPLASIA     CARCINOMA IN SITU ANAL SKIN AND CANAL). Non of the returned path result matches with the crossover code of 27047. Can someone please help me to understand which Biopsy code can be billed for this procedure?

I'm not sure what you mean.  Do you mean that none of the diagnoses are considered medically necessary for the 27047?
