How to Bill?

I'm wondering how to bill for a 6-7 hour Psychotherapy session?

There is no code above the 90837 which is a 60 minute code.  But if it was 6 - 7 hours I'm assuming it was a crisis?  If so, you would want to consider using 90839 for the first 60 minutes and 90840 for each additional 30 minutes so you would use 10 - 12 units.
