PHYSICAL AND OFFICE CALL ON SAME DAY

I have one physician that regularly does a complete physical, and if the patient has a problem they want him to look at he also charges for an office call. My question is:

Which one gets the Mod 25?  the CPE or the OV?

Michele:
I believe it is ok to place the 25 modifier on either code because they both fall under E&M but I personally would put it on the office call.
