modifier for pmhnp-bc

I am in desperate need of help on how to bill for our new provider, I am self taught and never dealt with aprns before! HELP!! anthem says the modifier NP is incorrect but wouldnt advise on what to use

I do not believe that services performed by an APRN are billed under their own name.  They are billed under the supervising physician.  I believe the insurance carriers have to be notified that the physician has an APRN on staff, but the billing goes under the physician.
