Go444 denied by Priority Health Medicare both with and without the 25 for unbundled.

kristin:
Ok, they could be another weird MA plan that wants a 25 on the E/M, and a 59 on the G0444.

Michele:
Are you putting the 25 on the E/M or the G0444?  In your posts it sounds like you may be putting it on the G0444 and that may be the problem.

Kerri:
 I put the 25 on the E/M.  I have sent out two claims with a 59 on the G0444 to see what happens.......
