HCPCS in ASC

I was hoping someone could guide me on where I can find any information on which HCPCS code are allowed to be billed within an ASC

the codes I am specifically looking for are Q4104, Q4105, and L8600

Not sure what you mean by "allowed to be billed".  Are you asking regarding a specific insurance plan?  The HCPCs you referred to are all valid codes.  If the service was performed then they should be included on the bill.  So I'm not sure if you are having an issue or if you are just wondering in general if they will be allowed.
