How would you bill this?

questioning:
Can this be billed with both 99395 and 99213

The patient presented for an annual physical, and has no complaints. So you have the 99395.

The medication refills don't count towards the 99213 billed.

The discussion about the cholesterol levels I suppose could be a separate E/M...but I personally wouldn't bill it out as a 99213.
