New FNP in Behavioral Health

[FNP2015]

We have a FNP as our behavioral health provider (sole provider). She is credentialed with Medicare but not yet with their BH carveouts. Practice is billing all of her psychotropic medication management visits under Medicaid directly since they cannot yet bill her to Partners or Vaya. Is this allowed? No one here quite seems to know what they’re doing here as billing and PM have never done BH before.
