office visit and Xtrac in the same day

We have a patient who was seen in the office for an office visit, and then had their xtract treatment with the technician in our office which will be billed under a different provider. Do I need to put any type of modifier?

To clarify I work in a Dermatology office our physicians assistant saw the pt for an office visit , then had her xtrac performed in our office under the DR.
