Dermatology office billing an office visit and the xtrac in the same day

I work in a Dermatology office, and we provide the xtrac service for psoriasis in our office as well. Today one of our patients saw our physician assistant for an office visit , and then had the xtrac treatment. How do I get both claims paid? Can a modifier be added ? Please Help
