I have a pt whose wk comp was denied and she asked me to bill BCBSM, which I did. 

BCBSM denied for timely filing.  For as long as I have been billing it has always been one year.  BCBSM says professional claims it is 180 days.

* new pt who waited four months to get me her BCBSM info

Is 180 days just news to me?
