How can I obtain a list of providers in my area who are currently using paper billing???

About 15 years ago we were able to buy such a list from our local Medicare carrier.  Since then I have not seen any place to obtain such a list.  You could check with your provider reps for some of the larger insurance carriers, but I'm not sure the lists are available.

They actually will still give these out, however they are old and out-dated, you are better off marketing straight from the Yellow pages or internet
Also you don't want to market on the angle of "submitting electronic claims" that ship sailed a LONG time ago. You want to focus on selling benefits and education of the many changes coming down the pike. Whether doctors file electronic or not is actually an obsolete point.
