Accidentally billed Medicaid before primary. What to do?

We billed Medicaid and received payment, before we found out that the patient has a primary commercial policy.  Should I void all Medicaid claims and then bill the primary, or should I bill the primary and then submit and adjustment to Medicaid?  These claims are 6 months old.
