New Company

I know I've seen a few posts on this but would like to get fresh perspective. I've started a RCM company that does medical billing, coding, AR etc. However I'm struggling to acquire clients. Any tips or best practices that worked for anyone that started a RCM/billing company

Hello Piper,
I am in the same place! I have been cold calling and sending emails to providers in my area. Going door to door and cold calling will be your fastest route to getting a client. If they say no ask them if they know of any other providers that might be interested in outsourcing their billing.
It has almost been a year since you posted, how has your business grown since you posted this?
