E/M code billed then procedure days later?

Dawnmarie:
if a patient has a visit 99214 or 99215 (any E/M code) and during that visit decides not to have a procedure, however several days later decides they want to come in for the procedure, I am assuming I can bill the procedure performed any amount of days after the E/M code was billed with the same dx code??  Just want to make sure we are getting paid for both the OV and the procedure several days later.  I have never had this happen before.  Thanks for any insight
