Tour of your business?

Hello Michelle - I read somewhere that you invite other medical billers to tour your facility in NY and ask questions. Is this true? A biller friend of mine in Illinois and I may be in your area next year and would very much like to stop by. We have a lot of questions and would like to see how you folks operate.  :)
