I don't pay for tech support for my Lytec. I've been using it for 15 years and I have a bachelors degree in computer programming, so I rarely find myself needing any. But I pay for tech support for my electronic software, which is thru the same company that I buy my Lytec so if I ever run into a problem, I can pay them per incident. If you are brand new to the software, and to billing, the tech support may be helpful. Sometimes you are able to find the help you need elsewhere, such as other Medisoft users, or a forum, like this.
