Can someone tell me what is the going reimbursement rate for CPT50590? give or take, looking for an everage.

Reimbursements vary from carrier to carrier and based on your region.  If you are looking for a reasonable amount to bill for 50590 I would recommend you go to your local Medicare website, look up the fee schedule, find the allowable amount for that code and go with from 130% to 150% of that amount.
