to me if they continue to adjust off prior to Medicaid paying and then once they pay they have to adjust again seems to me that they are just making a heck of a lot of unnecessary work for themselves and makes the file a mess. I would hate to have to aduit their files, what a mess.

No, I would love to take over that account because its a very simple mistake that I can show a provider to get his business. Once I get that account, I know how to post it correctly!!!
