Discounting a Non-Covered Service to a pt that has insurance

Well this definatley raised a lot of responses.  I think Michelle having had this scenerio arise before understood my question in a little more detail.  It is a very confusing topic if you've never had the circumstance come up before because ultimately you think if it's a non-covered service the patient is 100% liable.  I appreaciate all of your responses and look forward to discussing topics with you in the future.  Have a great day.
