what is ICD-9 code for dysphagia?  ST will be using 92526 CPT code.  789.5  787.2  787.21 ?  confusing

787.2 is truncated and needs a fifth digit.  The correct code is 787.20 - 787.29.  You will have to see which one is appropriate for the specific case you are billing.
