OK, never heard of them, so I wouldn't know my way around their system. I hope you can maneuver the claim the other way so you can send it electronic.

I guess all I can do is change the primary and send out the claim and then change it back.
It's really crazy!

You could do that, but I'd really be surprised if your software doesn't allow you to switch the carrier at a claim level.
