Specialty as a New Biller?

I'm confused though, you said you were doing an internship in a PT office, then asked for mental health software?  Did the internship drive you crazy?

I'm doing the internship in a physical therapy office, but the therapist don't know anything about medical billing. She hired  someone to help out but she has no experience in the field at all. It's kind of hard for me because when I have a question about something, no one can help me. I was telling them about the PM software they can use to handle their billing and they wanted to know if there's a specific software for mental health providers to use.

Still confusing, why would a physical therapist want info about mental health software?  ???  Are there mental health providers in the same office as well? Never heard of mental health working  in same office as physical therapist, interesting.

Please add HOME HEALTH and RADIOLOGY(Diagnostic centers) in specialities. If someone wish to start a medical Billing Company, they wil get more choices.
I am only a beginer I don't know it is correct or not. If it is not, I am sorry.  I really like this forum.
