Rapid ARC/IMRT-77470 still?

I know previously IMRT was cosidered a "special treatment procedure" and 77470 could be charged once per course of treatment. However, since IMRT is common place in most regions, does anyone know if providers such as Medicare, BCBS still allow 77470 to be billed with it (as of 2009)? If so, then wouldn't any treatment using Rapid Arc also be capable of charging 77470?

I don't have any personal experience with this, but the information I found indicates that you would still bill the 77470 with the IMRT.
