ALICE:  Easiest way is to schedule the patient MORE THAN 10 days out. That's the global for most things.

https://www.palmettogba.com/palmetto/global90.nsf/Front?OpenForm#step1  Here is a calculator for global days. Yes, it says medicare, but global days are the same for everyone.

It may take a bit to get the providers to schedule 11 days or more between, but explain about the money they are losing by not doing it.
