Mandatory

Do you know when it will be mandatory for all providers to file all commercial claims electronically?

Michele:
There is no nation wide deadline.  Some states are working on doing that at a state level.  For example Minnesota has mandated that all providers in the state submit ALL claims electronically by 12/09.  The other states are watching to see what happens, but if it works I think it will just be a matter of time.
