Hi,

I have just started my medical billing company in May 2009 and have had no luck in landing that first client. I have many years of experience in Medical Billing and am very knowledgeable of the profession. I have tried to do bulk mailings to providers attempting to market my website; but have been unsuccessful at this time. I am mostly looking to market my billing services to Durable Medical Equipment Providers at this time and it's just been a daunting task!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can market my services better or have any leads that I may contact at least to get my business off the ground.

Shoes, DTS (Diabetic Testing Supplies), EDpumps, Chairs, is where I have the most extensive knowledge as it relates to billing; but I have done many specialities. I am currently in Richmond, VA
